Proof Line Farm
Small family farm in Ilderton, Ontario, five minutes from London, Ontario with an on-farm creamery and farm market. We sell full-fat milk, gelato, pasture-raised eggs, and beef from our farm along with other local food. Our small-batch gelato and non-dairy sorbet are made on the farm with our own fresh milk and feature a rotating selection of seasonal flavours.

I picked up a couple of TooGoodToGo bags from here, came in with my son, and the bags were bigger than I had anticipated! The lovely lady carried them out to my car for me, she was so kind and helpful! The value on the TGTG bags are just amazing. I didn’t have time to look around the store that day, but I will 100% be back to actually see and explore the store. From my quick glance, the store looks really nice and neat with lots of products I cannot wait to explore.
The chocolate milk that I got in my bag is an absolute dream, tastes absolutely amazing! The fruit/milk smoothies were also amazing and such a huge hit here!

I went out of town this morning to visit this farm. I like going to farmers markets due to their sourcing of ingredients and the fact that the source is literally at the store!
I went in with high expectations and they were met. I purchased the raw honey, whole milk, and the pasture raised eggs and was pleasantly surprised.
Most pasture raised eggs will have a more rich, golden yolk to symbolize the elevated nutrient profile. And these yolks are most definitely golden.
The whole milk is very creamy which is something that I look for in whole milk and it was very tasty.
The honey is incredible and I would definitely recommend!
Definitely worth the drive and will be returning.

We stumbled upon Proof Line Farms completely by accident. Ever since that first visit, it’s become our go-to spot for fresh milk, eggs, and (most importantly) their incredible sorbet 🍧.
The sorbet is a family obsession now. Every week, we look forward to discovering what new flavours they’ve come up with, and they never disappoint. Whether it’s something fruity, creamy, or totally unexpected, it’s always delicious. It’s become a little tradition for us—swing by the farm, stock up on essentials, and treat ourselves to a scoop (or two) of sorbet joy.
